We offer private one-on-one workshops tailored to your specific goals and creative development. These intensive sessions allow us to focus entirely on your work. We explore color theory, compositional direction, how to read between the lines of client briefs and how to lead the floral vision for an event with confidence.
Private workshops can be held at our studio or arranged at a destination of your choice. The format and focus are designed around what you need most.

Destination group workshops & retreats
Our destination group workshops bring together a small number of designers for hands-on learning in beautiful locations.
These workshops focus on designing for place, building cohesive color stories, and creating florals that feel both elevated and emotionally resonant. You'll work with premium seasonal materials, learn our process for translating vision into tangible design, and leave with a deeper understanding of how to approach weddings as creative floral director rather than a florist.
